Powering play providers, youth workers, educators and community workers with resources to add value and enhance their play provision across the region.

A Play Pod, provides a safe, secure, centrally located storage solution packed with equipment that promotes play and supports outdoor play activity days.

Here at Play Pod we promote the circular economy by enabling play members to borrow items instead of buying them, sourcing them, storing them, throwing them after use, reducing waste and promoting resource sharing and collaborative planning to enhance play provision across the year and county.

Through our membership, sponsorship, partnerships and fundraising we will repair, renew, source a wide range of play, event and outdoor education resources.

Helping our environment by reducing purchasing, duplication, and landfill of items, through collaboration, central storage, repair and upcycling of items. Increasing the accessibility to a wide selection of resources to all members, lowering the barriers and friction to access play resources to enhance play opportunities and incrse experimentation of less familiar play equipment to enhance skills and experiences in play.

Capturing reuse and carbon data to highlight carbon and cost savings brought about through sharing and collaboration.

Items range from event shelters, litter pickers to sports kits, craft equipment, battery power, loose parts and much more.
